The Educational Assistance program is available to benefit eligible employees who have been employed with the Company for at least 6 months. Courses must be job or career related and must be through CHEA accredited schools; books and some associated fees are also eligible for reimbursement. Qualified employees are eligible for up to $5250 in reimbursements per calendar year; reimbursements may be prorated based on final grade. Please see the Educational Assistance Policy for details of the program. There is a 2-year obligation to remain with the company from the point of reimbursement or repayment is required.
