What You Must Do During Open Enrollment
- You must enroll during the Open Enrollment period to have medical, dental and/or vision coverage(s) in 2019. Your legacy GIS benefits elections will end December 31, 2018 and will not carry over. Your HireRight benefits coverage will begin January 1, 2019.
- You will need to designate new life insurance beneficiary(ies). Your legacy GIS beneficiary elections will not carry over.
Other Important Things You Should Know About Your 2019 HireRight Benefits
- If you enroll in HireRight medical and/or dental coverage, you will receive new ID cards.
- Your HireRight medical plans require you to use generic medications, rather than brand name drugs, when a generic is available. Refer to page 9 of the Open Enrollment Guide for details.
